[  ][Edit] YesTo have a concealed weapons permit, it is required to have a justifiable cause and pass a test. This test prevents permits from falling into the hands of irresponsible people. If a shooting were to occur, these people would be able to take care of the situation until police arrived. The chances of an individual with a concealed weapons perimt committing the crime of a school shooting are extremely slim.
